Ingredients: -

50 ml Light Cuban Rum

50 ml Daiquiri Mix

(3/4 Lime Juice 1/4 Suagr Syrup)

Garnish:

Lime Wheel

Shake all the ingredients into a cocktail glass.

Margarita

Glass:

Cocktail

Ingredients: -

35 ml Tequila

15 ml Cointreau

35 ml Fresh Lime Juice

Garnish:

½ Salt Rim & Lime Wheel

Moisten ½ the glass rim with a slice of lime and dip into a salt bowl.

Long Island Iced Tea

Glass:

Highball

Ingredients: -

10 ml Vodka

10 ml Gin

10 ml White Rum

10 ml Tequila

10 ml Cointreau

25 ml Sour Mix

Dash Coke

Garnish:

Lemon Wheel

Shake all the ingredients except the coke and strain into an ice filled glass. Top up with coke.
