Right, here I am your very own graduate whom I am going to tentatively dub the guru – but only time will tell if I can earn your trust to be worthy of that title. I will say though, that unlike so many of these other weird companies aimed at students, claiming that their reps have real empathy with us, (when really they are all 40 and washed up telesales agents living off their own distant student days) I am the real McCoy. As in, I have only just graduated from the very wonderful Nottingham University this summer gone. Consequently I feel that with my freshly acquired student wisdom combined with my eclectic group of mates’ experiences, I should be able to come up with some fine suggestions for memorable times in good old Notts and answer any worries you may be having with total assurance.

The point is, as with any uni, or even any place, your time will be what you make of it and seriously, there is so much that can be done at Nottingham University and in Nottingham at large. Or on the other hand, doing very little is pretty easy too and often as equally enjoyable.

So sit back and let me ease any of those unnecessary concerns. I swear to be as brutally honest as I can be because who needs bullshit at this stage of the game. If you have made it to this uni – let’s face it, you’ve got something good going on and I want to hear about it, laugh about it, share it or sort it. It’s your choice because this is your space. So let this guruship begin…
